A. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, card (by phone, post, or in person). For card payments over the phone, we use secure encrypted services provided by Barclays Merchant Services or Clover.
B. All products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products or fulfill the services, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
C. The price for products and services is the price displayed on our website or in our clinic at the time we receive your order or booking. VAT is included unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges will be added as specified in the confirmation email.
D. Full payment is required at the time of order or service booking.

A. Title (ownership) of the products will pass to you upon delivery, provided we have received full and cleared payment for the products.
