1. Order and Acceptance

A. Your order for foot care products or services constitutes an offer to purchase from us.

B. If an item or service is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will also provide an estimated restocking date if applicable.

C. We will confirm the details of your order via email, including delivery charges and estimated delivery times. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract will only exist between us when we dispatch the products or confirm your appointment. Until then, Love Your Feet reserves the right to decline your order or cancel your appointment without providing a reason.

D. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the products or confirm your appointment, unless we have received your cancellation in writing (please refer to our Delivery & Returns section for cancellation procedures).

2. Payment and Pricing

A. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, card (by phone, post, or in person). For card payments over the phone, we use secure encrypted services provided by Barclays Merchant Services or Clover.

B. All products and services are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products or fulfill the services, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

C. The price for products and services is the price displayed on our website or in our clinic at the time we receive your order or booking. VAT is included unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges will be added as specified in the confirmation email.

D. Full payment is required at the time of order or service booking.

3. Delivery and Services

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns section for detailed delivery and service information, especially regarding appointment scheduling and any necessary follow-up care.

4. Ownership

A. Title (ownership) of the products will pass to you upon delivery, provided we have received full and cleared payment for the products.

B. Ownership of products will revert to us immediately upon any refund for the products being issued.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

A. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to the Delivery & Returns section for the procedure to follow.

B. If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us promptly according to the procedure outlined in the Delivery & Returns section.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Exchanges

A. You have the right to cancel your order or appointment by emailing lyfcpd@gmail.com before delivery or within 14 working days of receiving your products or services. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns section for the cancellation procedure.

B. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been opened or used, or services that have already been provided unless faulty.

C. An item or service may only be returned or rescheduled if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered or performed.

D. In the event of cancellation, any return shipping or rescheduling fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of any exchanges for the same or similar items or services.

E. Other than as outlined above, Love Your Feet is not liable for further cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

A. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

B. Love Your Feet is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or property, arising from the use of this website, products, or services.

C. We take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your payment information. However, we are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access to the information provided unless due to negligence on our part.

D. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

E. All warranties, terms, and conditions, whether expressed or implied, are excluded except as provided in paragraph 6.

Delivery

Love Your Feet Clinics aims to provide timely delivery of high-quality foot care products. We strive to dispatch and deliver orders within 3 working days of receipt.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply to UK mainland and ROI orders only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man. Please inquire before ordering.
