Here at Love Your Feet we offer professional high quality footcare and podiatry advice, whether it is in our Frinton-On-Sea, Holland-On-Sea or Walton-On-The Naze clinic.

Routine Treatments
A routine treatment includes nail care, callus and corn removals, hard skin removals and a routine health check up of your feet.
Cosmetic Nail Treatment
Here at Love Your Feet we offer UV gel nail colour polish appointments.
We also offer Pedisafe Nail Reconstruction for customers who may of lost their nails previously or are displeased with their appearance.
Verruca Treatment
We offer verruca treatment using a product called Verrutop. This is a safe and proven to work method.
Biomechanic Assessments
Suffering from foot pain? Prone to Plantar Fasciitis? Have a corn that just won't go away? A biomechanic assessment can give you some answers as well as providing long term solutions such as Orthosoles.
Ingrown Toenail Surgery
Our qualified Podiatrists offer ingrown toenail surgeries for those painful ingrown toenails. Local anesthetia is used so you dont feel a thing! Come in for an assessment today.
Lacuna Method
The Lacuna Method was invented by our clinical director Nicola, it is an effective and painless way of treating fungal nails by penetrating the nail to allow us to treat the infection underneath.

Nicola had a career Podiatry in the NHS & Private Practice for 20yrs, before taking over Frinton-on-Sea Chiropody Surgery in 2012, she then developed the family business into a National Brand of Love Your Feet Clinics, opening her second Essex clinic Holland-on-Sea in 2013, the 3rd 'sister' LYF clinic opened in 2016 by her close Friend Alison Stinton and now our 4th clinic in Walton-On-The Naze.
With years of experience Nicola can deal with all your foot aliments in addition to Specialising in: Surgery with Local Anaesthesia for common problems such as Ingrown Toenails & Verruca with the ability to prescribe common pain relief and Antibiotic medication. As well as offering and innovating Cosmetic & Aesthetic Treatments such as Nail Correction and Reconstruction with products such as PEDISAFE.
Nicola is a well regarded Educator & Key Note Speaker at National and International Conferences and runs & develops further training Courses for her profession. As well as teaching on the Plymouth University Apprenticeship scheme.
She was the first Podiatrist to develop the concept of Cosmetic Podiatry with Aseptic technique & Lacuna Method for Fungal Nails treatment.
